Job summary

Heidi is hiring for a full‑stack engineer to build the next generation of AI care tools. You will own front to back development, from React/TypeScript UI to Python services and LLM pipelines, shipping features weekly with clinicians in mind.

You will work in a hybrid London setup, owning significant surface area and shaping production-ready systems that scale across healthcare contexts. Prior experience with AI tooling is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software.
• Full-stack fluency: Python on the back end, React/TypeScript on the front end.
• Working fluency with LLM systems: prompting, embeddings, evaluation and building around probabilistic behavior.
• Experience building AI features end-to-end with confidence in deployment.
• Willingness to own broad surface areas and ship repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Build new products end to end: React/TypeScript front ends, Python services, LLM pipelines.
• Turn ideas into a working v0 rapidly and decide what deserves a v1.
• Make AI features trustworthy and compliant for real clinics.
• Ship weekly and demonstrate outcomes with real usage.
• Engage with clinicians to understand workflows and blockers.
