Job summary

Eon Dental in the United Kingdom is seeking a Clinical Advisor for the UKI region to support clinicians and organizations, manage clinical queries, and ensure high-quality service.

You will travel up to 50% and collaborate with the Treatment Planning & Clinical Services Head to address escalations, educate doctors, and uphold safety and quality standards. This role combines clinical expertise with client success in a fast-paced, global dental tech environment.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Dentistry (DDS or DMD) is required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience focused on client success, support, or consultation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-level support to UKI clients (organisations, DSOs, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Provide doctor-level support by handling clinical inquiries and proactive communication.
• Execute calls and follow-ups with clinicians to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all interactions per company protocols.
• Educate doctors based on their needs and experience level.
