Job summary

HealthNet Homecare (UK) Ltd is seeking a Clinical Administration Assistant to support busy clinical teams. The role involves handling patient documentation, post, and spreadsheets while following SOPs and company policy to ensure patient safety.

You will work within the nursing team, coordinate with other departments, and contribute to continuous improvement. Suitable for candidates with GCSE English/Maths and Microsoft Office skills, aiming for accurate, timely administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Follow SOPs and Company policy to ensure patient safety.
  • Work within the nursing team to fulfill admin duties timely and accurately.
  • Administer incoming post.
  • Process and file patient documentation (electronic and hard copy).
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets of activity as required.
  • Retrieve patient files as needed by the business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and safe running of the service.
  • Read and comply with communications from head office and others to ensure necessary actions are undertaken.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.
  • Carry out any reasonable request given by appropriate persons.
  • Contribute to HealthNet's commitment to continuous improvement by forwarding your suggestions.
  • Proactively support the HealthNet Operation by helping in other departments as needed.
  • Know the Company strategy and align day-to-day work accordingly.
  • Ensure the work is of high quality and compliant with procedures and policies.
  • Engage in personal development and mandatory training.
  • Present the Company positively with internal/external clients and staff.
  • Comply with HR and Health and Safety policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • To follow and always promote relevant SOPs and Company policy and procedure to ensure patient safety.
  • To work within the nursing team, to ensure all administrative duties are fulfilled timely and accurately
  • To administer incoming post

  • Know the Company strategy and make sure what you do on a day to day basis is in line with the strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the work you do is of a high-quality standard and HealthNet's procedures and policies are always followed.
  • Engage in personal development and attend mandatory training.
  • Always present the Company in a positive way with internal and external clients, customers, and staff.
