Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide an administrative service to the Department.
  • Organise own work schedule and manage time effectively.

  • Answer queries from colleagues and patients professionally.
  • Ensure security of stored resources and information.
  • Scan and upload patient medical documents.
  • Assist clinicians with patient letters.
  • Handle phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Operate various IT systems for the department.
