Hours:Both Full Time and Part Time roles available

Salary:£28,000 FTE + Monthly Bonuses

Hours:Part-time 8 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and extra shifts.

Full-time 40 hours per week

Both roles will be expected to cover 2 x late nights and some weekends

We are now seeking Clinic Receptionists to join our team in our Oxford Circus clinic, both on a full time and part time basis with the opportunity for additional hours and overtime as required.

Role Responsibilities

As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from booking to treatment. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the clinic, supporting both the Clinic Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks and patient care coordination.

Key Duties:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service – welcoming patients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Managing bookings and payments, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as invoicing, stock management, and record-keeping.
  • Working closely with the clinical team to support day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in training and development to enhance clinic processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role is essential (experience in private healthcare is desirable).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software (training provided where needed).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Part-time role – 8 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime and additional hours.
  • Full-time role - to include 2 late nights and weekends when required
  • Competitive salary of £28,000 FTE + monthly bonuses (pro-rata).
