Junior Account Manager – Corporate Travel

We’re working with a leading travel management company known for exceptional service and strong client relationships. They’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team and support a portfolio of corporate clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a background as a Business Travel Consultant who enjoys building relationships and delivering impactful service. It offers a great entry point into Account Management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a small portfolio of corporate clients - acting as the first point of contact
• Allocating approximately 75% of your time to making bookings and 25% to working with clients to improve service, including running reports and checking quality reviews
• Providing consistently high standards of service
• Supporting regular review meetings and account engagement activities
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service and retain business
• Collaborating with consultants and internal teams

What you’ll bring:
