Pharmaxo Pharmacy Services seeks a Clinic Nurse SACT to support patients treated outside hospital. You will administer prescribed medications, observe patients and report changes in vital signs across clinics, homes, schools and workplaces.

The role requires current NMC PIN, SACT accreditation and substantial post-registration clinical experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal care.

The Clinic Nurse SACT sits in the healthcare team of Pharmaxo Pharmacy Services, supporting patients treated outside hospital. Duties centre on administering prescribed medications and treatments, observing patients and reporting changes in vital signs. The role spans clinics, residential settings, patients' homes, schools and workplaces, helping patients manage their own treatment. Current NMC registration, SACT accreditation and substantial post-registration clinical experience decide fit.
