Job summary
The Thérapie Clinic is expanding with a new Tooting clinic in London. As Clinic Manager, you will lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and uphold the highest standards of treatments and client service.
You will conduct weekly check-ins, manage performance, and ensure robust reporting to achieve commercial targets. You will shape the clinic culture, benefit from comprehensive training, staff discounts, and a strong uncapped commission structure.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervision experience.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and oversee clinic operations.
- Ensure a 5-star service and consistent patient experience.
- Enforce procedures and policies as set by Thérapie Clinic.
- Hold weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
- Complete weekly reporting on operations and targets.
- Manage employee relations including probation, discipline and grievances.
- Roster staff and manage annual leave.

We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our newly opening Tooting Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinic’s future while maintaining the highest standards of treatments and customer service.

Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
Ad Hoc duties as required.
Management or Supervision Experience.
Organisation and attention to detail skills.
Customer Service experience.
