Job summary

Thérapie Clinic Bath Clinic is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver high-quality skin, body, and laser treatments. You will build strong client relationships, perform treatments, and contribute to a supportive team culture while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above.
• Laser Hair Removal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality treatments for clients in line with clinic guidelines.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess needs and set expectations.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Meet sales targets where applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date client records pre- and post-treatment.
• Maintain and clean all machines and equipment.

Requirements

• Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines
• Conducted thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments
• Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them
• Has the ability to work with sales targets
• Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatment
• Maintenance and cleaning of all machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required
• Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)
• Team Player who works collaboratively
• A positive and friendly attitude with your clients
• Attention to detail when dealing with client's records
• Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience INDHP
