Are you a bold, people-centric multitasker with a passion for driving business success and leading high-performing teams? We are looking for an exceptional Clinic Manager to take the helm of our thriving practice and guide it through its next phase of growth.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll lead a dedicated team of professionals and administrative staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic while continuously driving performance, patient experience, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead daily clinic operations and team performance for the 35 team members
  • Motivate and manage multidisciplinary staff with a positive, leadership-driven approach
  • Oversee diary optimisation, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure the highest standards in quality, audit compliance, and clinical governance
  • Drive financial performance, including daily reconciliation and P&L management
  • Set, manage, and work within allocated budgets
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and all aspects of HR, including performance and development
  • Lead change and implement creative business strategies for growth and improvement
  • Monitor and adapt to evolving industry trends and patient needs
  • Manage building and facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment
  • Oversee clinic website and social media presence to support patient engagement and brand visibility

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • People-focused with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Commercially astute with proven business acumen and financial oversight
  • Tech-savvy and confident using practice or booking management systems
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Target-oriented, results-driven, and confident in delivering on KPIs
  • Experienced in quality management and audit processes
  • A natural motivator who can inspire excellence and resilience in others
  • Skilled in change management and continuous improvement initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In:

  • Leading and developing teams within an operation multitasking environment or clinical setting
  • Using and managing practice management systems and clinical software
  • Financial management including budgeting, P&L, and reconciliation
  • Quality assurance, compliance, and audit frameworks
  • Recruitment, HR processes, and performance management
  • Facilities and premises management
  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Website content and social media strategy for multiple audiences

Qualifications:

  • Degree or related experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Knowledge of SEM business regulations and compliance standards
  • IT proficiency, particularly in practice management software, google suite, excel and MS Office suite
  • Evidence of continued professional development (CPD) is an advantage
