Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Team Leader to join our proposal for the Climate Ambition Support Alliance (CASA) in the UK. This role provides central leadership for programme delivery, represents the programme to clients and partners, and reports to the client while coordinating with consortium partners.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery, establish governance, oversee budgets, risk, MEL/GEDSI integration, and drive knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background, or commensurate experience, in fields related to climate change, international development, or governance.
• Proven leadership in complex donor-funded programmes, preferably DESNZ/FCDO-funded.
• Experience designing and delivering technical assistance in climate-related spaces.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for successful programme delivery.
• Serve as primary contact between client, consortium partners and delivery teams; coordinate activities.
• Lead governance, reporting, budgeting and risk management for the programme.
• Promote integration of MEL and GEDSI considerations across the programme.
• Oversee consortium management and ensure compliance with contracts.
