Job summary

Palladium in London is seeking a Team Leader for the CFSP to provide strategic direction and delivery leadership for the Programme Delivery Unit (PDU). You will work closely with FCDO, OT governance, technical experts, investors and delivery partners to develop investible climate-resilient projects and support decision-making on capital allocation.

• Senior programme leader with a track record delivering complex donor-funded programmes.
• Strong climate finance and infrastructure expertise.
• Experience engaging with multi-stakeholder governance and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for CFSP delivery and quality.
• Serve as senior point of contact for FCDO, OT stakeholders and partners.
• Build relationships with OT governments and investors while respecting local contexts.
• Mobilise the Programme Delivery Unit and oversee annual work planning.
• Ensure adaptive delivery across participating OTs and pipeline development.
