Job summary

LPPI is seeking a pragmatic Sustainability Reporting & Data Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London (EC2). You will manage end-to-end climate and sustainability reporting, including TCFD/SDR outputs, product-level disclosures, and portfolio reports for partner funds, with a focus on data extraction, aggregation and validation.

The role supports automation projects and reports to regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and reporting, ideally in asset management or financial services.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modelling abilities.
• Familiarity with TCFD or climate reporting frameworks.
• Experience with sustainability/climate data or non-financial datasets.
• Ability to manage large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with reporting automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction, aggregation, and validation from multiple sources.
• Produce reporting-ready outputs using structured templates and spreadsheets.
• Prepare climate metrics and portfolio analytics for TCFD reports.
• Ensure consistency of data, assumptions and methodologies across reports.
• Support transition to automated reporting solutions and process improvements.
