We are seeking individuals with a good foundational knowledge of UK agricultural production practices (crops or livestock) and an understanding of sustainable production linked to climate mitigation, resilience, and sustainable water use. The role involves supporting desk-based research for corporate and public sector clients.

ADAS Climate and Sustainability is a diverse business working across all aspects of land-based sustainability, particularly in agriculture. Our work is dynamic and varied, offering new challenges as we help clients address industry sustainability issues. Our clients include input providers, farmers, food and drink manufacturers, retail sectors, and government bodies. We work across arable, horticultural, and livestock sectors, and explore other land use areas. Recent focus areas include reducing climate impact (supporting Net Zero), building climate resilience, sustainable water use, alternative proteins, and environmental and social impacts of crop practices. This role will support the growth of our climate and water services, with opportunities for business development.
