Job summary

Inspire Wellbeing, in partnership with Live Here Love Here, invites applications for a Climate Minds NI Training Officer. The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating a framework of mental health and wellbeing awareness sessions, workshops and training for diverse communities.

The post involves face-to-face delivery with some online sessions, is based at Lombard House, and is a 36-month fixed-term contract, part-time at 22 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in delivering training on mental health and wellbeing.
• Experience designing training materials and presentations using a co-designed approach.
• Experience working within an evaluation and outcome framework.
• Experience working in partnership and with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong administrative, written and presentational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, co-ordinate and deliver Climate Minds NI mental health and wellbeing awareness sessions in communities.
• Create accessible, engaging materials and presentations (co-designed where possible).
• Support participants to deliver climate action projects in their communities.
• Manage collection and reporting of evaluation data for sessions and analyze trends to inform the project.
