ISS STOXX Sustainability in London is seeking a Client Success Specialist to help clients maximise value from our Sustainability solutions.

You will be the first point of contact for the full product suite, delivering training, handling inquiries, and coordinating with Sales, Product, Research and Marketing. This role emphasizes client retention, data platform support (DataDesk), and proactive relationship building across global teams.

Competenze

• 4+ years' experience in client-facing roles in financial services or sustainability solutions (consulting, ESG software etc.)
• Strong project & time management skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive outlook
• Curiosity and an analytical mindset, with solid Excel skills
• Working knowledge of the responsible investment and sustainability landscape
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline is preferred
• Fluency in English is essential

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our London team in helping our clients maximise the value they get from our award-winning Sustainability solutions.

In this role you will be your clients' first point of contact for the breadth of ISS STOXX Sustainability solutions - spanning topics such as climate analysis, corporate sustainability ratings, controversy screenings, SDG impact, sustainable finance regulations (EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI), or engagement initiatives. You will assist clients with queries on research content and methodology, and provide technical assistance on the use of online platforms and data delivery.

The ISS STOXX Sustainability business is truly global and, as a Sustainability Specialist, you will bridge client needs and a range of internal departments - Sales, Product, Research, Marketing and more.
