Job summary

Kinesso, part of Omnicom Media, is seeking an Account Manager for the Leeds-based Client Success team. You’ll nurture day-to-day client relationships, translate briefs into great work, and collaborate with SEO, Content and other specialists to deliver outcomes.

You’ll use data and insights to spot opportunities, communicate clearly, and grow your accounts while taking on increasing responsibility. Agency or client services experience is ideal, with a focus on learning and curiosity.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in account management, digital marketing or a related agency role.
• Experience in SEO and content is a bonus, not a must.
• Attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are valued above ticking every box.
• Grounding in digital marketing and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and keep projects moving.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content and wider specialist teams to deliver work on brief and on budget.
• Present updates and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Own your accounts and support delivery of a major global technology account.
• Turn data into insights and opportunities to grow accounts.
