Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is supporting a growing financial services business in Pontypridd with the recruitment of a Client Support Executive. The role is office-based in Pontypridd, offering a salary up to £30,000 a year.

You will join a busy team supporting Relationship Managers and clients throughout the lending process, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance or a legal setting is ideal.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers with the management of client cases from enquiry to completion.
• Review financial information including credit searches, bank statements, and property valuations.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline while following lending policies and service standards.
• Build relationships with brokers, customers, surveyors, solicitors and internal teams.
• Liaise with risk, finance and admin teams to satisfy lending requirements.
