Cameron Kennedy is partnering with a well-established FCA-regulated investment platform and custody provider to appoint a Client Service Executive in London. You will be the day-to-day service contact for institutional clients, owning service delivery, resolving live issues and running structured reviews.

You will act as the customer champion internally, ensuring good outcomes for clients and their underlying retail customers within a compliant framework.

Formación

• Institutional client service experience is required.
• Experience with platform custody or wealth administration is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day client engagement, coordinating internal teams.
• Own first-line support for live client issues and track resolutions.
• Deliver against SLAs and produce client MI packs and reviews.
• Log and manage complaints with root-cause analysis.
• Complete due diligence tasks: onboarding, KYC/CDD reviews, ID&V checks.
• Support customer journey focusing on Consumer Duty and vulnerable customers.
