Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles.
• Interest in operations, banking, or consulting is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: develop and maintain long-term relationships with users and drive value.
• Onboarding & implementation: lead initial setup and training for end-users to ensure adoption.
• Product expertise: become a subject matter expert and guide users on platform features and best practices.
• Proactive engagement: conduct business reviews and mitigate risks to retention.
• Advocate for customers: relay feedback to product/engineering to shape roadmap.
• Data operations support: assist with data quality and records maintenance.
