Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with users, understanding business goals.
Technical Onboarding & Implementation: Lead onboarding, configuration, and end-user training for HL OS.
Product Expertise & Adoption: Serve as SME on platform features and integrations; monitor usage to drive adoption.
Proactive Engagement & Value Realization: Conduct regular reviews and align on future goals.
Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Relay customer input to Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap.
Data Operations Support: Provide day-to-day support for the data operations team to clean and maintain company records.
