Location: London
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract with 3 days in the office
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially aware Client Solutions Manager to join its team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity leave cover.
Reporting to the Associate Director this is an excellent opportunity to join an established investment management business and play an important role in supporting its institutional client relationships. Working closely with the Client Solutions, Investment, Product, Finance and Operations teams, you will help deliver a high standard of investor servicing, manage client communications and coordinate a range of important business deliverables.
The role offers broad exposure to institutional investors, consultants and the private markets, including real estate and infrastructure. It will suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident taking ownership of responsibilities within a collaborative and relatively lean team.
You will act as a key point of contact for existing clients and investors, managing enquiries, audit requests and information requirements while ensuring responses are accurate, timely and professionally delivered. You will coordinate investor onboarding, due diligence and reporting processes, working with internal teams to provide a seamless client experience.
A significant part of the role will involve coordinating RFPs, RFIs, consultant questionnaires and due diligence requests. You will manage deadlines, gather information from stakeholders across the business and ensure submissions are completed to a high standard. You will also support the preparation of client presentations, pitchbooks, quarterly reporting packs and other investor communications.
You will take responsibility for maintaining and updating core marketing and client materials, ensuring that information relating to assets under management, investment strategies, performance and the wider business remains accurate and current. This will include coordinating quarterly updates to investor portals and supporting the preparation of presentations, factsheets, case studies and other materials.
You will also maintain the quality and integrity of Salesforce data, manage client and consultant records, produce pipeline and relationship reporting, and support mailing lists and distribution groups. Alongside this, you will undertake research into prospective clients, consultants, competitors and market developments, preparing briefing materials ahead of relevant meetings.
This is a hands-on position where the successful candidate will be expected to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of deliverables rather than requiring extensive day-to-day supervision.
Our Client is an investment management business operating across real assets and private markets. The business works with institutional investors and consultants, with an established presence in real estate and infrastructure. The team is collaborative and relatively flat in structure, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues and gain exposure to a broad range of investment strategies and institutional client relationships.
The interview process will consist of two stages both in person.
The anticipated start date is late January, allowing for a handover ahead of the current role-holder's maternity leave in early February.
