• Experience within institutional investment management or real assets.
• Experience across client servicing, investor/consultant relations or business development.
• Strong experience preparing RFPs, presentations and client communications.
• Excellent project management with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Good commercial awareness and confidence working with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; CRM experience (Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare client meeting materials, quarterly reporting packs, pitchbooks and investor communications.
• Work closely with Investment, Finance, Operations and Fund Administration teams.
• Support consultant relations and maintain consultant databases.
• Maintain and update presentations, factsheets, case studies and other marketing materials.
• Take ownership of CRM data quality and maintain investor and intermediary records.
• Produce pipeline analysis and management reporting.
• Research prospective clients, consultants, competitors and wider market trends.
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of investor and consultant meetings.

IGA Talent is partnering with a leading UK real assets manager is looking to appoint a Manager to the Client Solutions team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide.

This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional with experience across client solutions, investor relations, consultant relations or business development who enjoys combining high-quality client servicing with commercial and fundraising activity.

The Organisation

Our client is an established investment manager specialising in real assets and private markets.

The business works with institutional investors and provides investment strategies across the real assets landscape. The Client Solutions team works closely with Investment, Product, Finance and Operations, supporting investor relationships, fundraising activity and the delivery of a high-quality client experience.

The Role

You will play a key role across the firm's client servicing and business development activities, supporting existing investors while contributing to fundraising and consultant engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for client and investor enquiries
• Supporting investor onboarding, due diligence and ongoing client servicing
• Supporting fundraising and business development across the firm's investment strategies
• Preparing client meeting materials, quarterly reporting packs, pitchbooks and investor communications
• Working closely with Investment, Finance, Operations and Fund Administration teams
• Supporting consultant relations and maintaining consultant databases
• Maintaining and updating presentations, factsheets, case studies and other marketing materials
• Taking ownership of CRM data quality and maintaining investor and intermediary records
• Producing pipeline analysis and management reporting
• Researching prospective clients, consultants, competitors and wider market trends
• Preparing briefing materials ahead of investor and consultant meetings

Who We're Looking For

We are interested in speaking with professionals who can demonstrate:

• Experience within institutional investment management, private markets, real assets, real estate or a related financial services environment
• Experience across client servicing, investor relations, consultant relations or business development
• Strong experience preparing RFPs, presentations and client communications
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Good commercial awareness and confidence working with multiple internal stakeholders
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
