Job summary

Computershare in Bristol/London is seeking a Client Solutions Executive to join the Issuer Services New Business Team. The role combines data-driven pipeline growth with proactive stakeholder engagement, aimed at generating new business opportunities and strengthening our advisor network.

You will help progress opportunities from initial contact through to completion, supporting tailored proposals and fee outcomes while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with strong data and reporting skills across multiple sources.
• Ability to produce accurate, timely reports for regional and global needs.
• Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint to support proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales, relationship and insight tracking tools across multiple platforms.
• Own KPI performance tracking and market intelligence reporting for the team.
• Format and prepare proposals and client materials in Word and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate Customer Due Diligence information with internal stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate internal/external communications with senior teams.
• Manage team calendars, travel, meetings and event logistics.
• Provide general admin support including expense submissions and logs.
