JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Client Solutions Associate and an AVP with client success and project management experience to lead new client onboarding as well as servicing existing clients. Your role will be to ensure on-time and successful client implementation through project scoping, stakeholder management, and system adoption post-implementation.

To succeed in this role, experience in coordinating with internal teams and external client account management is important. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as project manager to ensure timely onboarding of new client implementation, healthy adoption, and usage of system;
  • Understand client use cases to ensure proper scoping of projects, advise clients on system usage, data input, and output configurations;
  • Map with key client accounts to resolve difficult situations and achieve win-win results;
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on project status, align on priorities, and ensure on-time deliveries;
  • Provide work plans and task breakdowns, coordinate with internal teams for data migration and report configurations;
  • Obtain thorough understanding of the Quantium system;
  • Advocate and build excellence in client servicing among all team members;
  • Proactively initiate and implement changes to increase team efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-8 years of experience in account management, management consulting, or related fields;
  • Strong project and client management experience;
  • Knowledge of private equity and venture capital accounting (preferred);
  • Experience with IT system implementation (gathering user requirements, handling enhancement requests, training) is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult client situations;
  • Interest in financial technology industry, with a clear rationale for transitioning from other industries if applicable.
