Job summary

C&P Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver Roofing & Cladding projects from award to final account, on-site daily to ensure safety, timeliness, budget, and quality. You will oversee pre-construction through final account and provide daily supervision of site teams and subcontractors.

Robust financial oversight—cost control, valuations and variations—will be required along with liaison to clients, main contractors and suppliers; SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are highly

Qualifications

• Experience delivering roofing & cladding projects from award to final account.
• Proven track record managing multiple contracts in main contractor/subcontractor environments.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, variations and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to final account, including programming and progress reporting.
• Provide daily on-site supervision for site teams, labour, and subcontractors.
• Manage cost control, valuations, variations, and procurement with in-house teams.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, main contractors, architects, and suppliers.
• Enforce health and safety, manage project risks, and oversee QA inspections and hold points.
