Job summary

Carriera Limited is seeking an Architectural Technician to join our team in London’s West End, delivering high-end residential refurbishments and extensions with a hands-on technical focus.

You will produce detailed construction drawings, layouts and joinery details, coordinating FF&E and working closely with the Design Lead and project team. Requires 3+ years on similar projects and proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential refurbishment, renovation or interiors-led projects.
• Strong technical drawing and detailing ability.
• Experience producing construction information.
• Proficient with Vectorworks or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction and technical drawing packages.
• Develop drawings for townhouse refurbishments, renovations and extensions.
• Prepare detailed internal layouts and setting-out information.
• Produce bathroom layouts and technical details.
• Develop bespoke joinery drawings and details.
• Coordinate FF&E layouts with the design team.
• Liaise with project team throughout design and construction phases.
