Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Clinical Trial, including supply receipt, QP release, and timely shipment according to client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to meet timelines and regulatory compliance.
• Manage returns and destruction process for clinical trial supplies.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal departments to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining study filing systems with accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to align Fisher Clinical Services activities with customer and study requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate all relevant activities to ensure timely readiness of services and products.
• Provide timely reports and other information to customers.
• Provide backup support to the Project Manager and team during absences.
• Monitor Clinical Trial activities and overall business operations.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Principles; experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

The Project Support Associate is responsible for overseeing the daily coordination of clinical supply distribution throughout the lifecycle of each Clinical Trial. This role requires close collaboration with the Client Services Project Manager to ensure the successful global distribution of Clinical Trial supplies.,

• Coordinate the daily operations of the Clinical Trial, including supply receipt, arranging QP release, and ensuring timely shipment of supplies according to client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met in terms of timelines and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the returns and destruction process for Clinical Trial supplies.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal departments to ensure adherence to Clinical Trial specifications.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining study filing systems, while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure that all Fisher Clinical Services activities are aligned to meet customer and study requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate all relevant activities, both internally and externally, to ensure timely readiness of services and products as required by customers.
• Provide timely reports and other information to customers, as applicable.
• Provide backup support to the Project Manager and team during absences.

• Years of Experience: 2+ years of relevant client facing work experience

• Prefer previous experience in a highly regulated industry.
