Job summary

Ogury in London is seeking a Client Services Manager to ensure day‑to‑day success of a defined portfolio. You will own end‑to‑end campaign delivery, drive client satisfaction, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering to deliver measurable value.

You will onboard new clients, manage campaigns, optimize performance, provide training and insights, and report results with clear dashboards.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years managing client accounts in a client-facing role.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Experience with 3rd party ad servers and verification tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts and build trusted relationships.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, and expansion based on performance.

The Opportunity

The Client Services Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day success of a defined portfolio of client accounts, combining strong client relationship management with hands‑on campaign execution and performance optimization. This role owns end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including client satisfaction and retention support while working with moderate autonomy. The Client Services Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and clients achieve measurable value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Programmatic & Managed campaigns to deliver against agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and account health, proactively addressing risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and internal teams to support client retention and growth.
  • Deliver client training, insights, and clear performance reporting, including post‑campaign analysis and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, and expansion based on performance and client needs.
What you will bring to Ogury
  • You have at least 1‑3 years experience managing client accounts in a client‑facing, account management, or customer success role.
  • Proven understanding of digital advertising, campaign management, or programmatic media (preferred).
  • Experience with 3rd party ad servers such as DCM, Adform, etc., ad verification tools such as IAS, DV, MOAT and/or SSPs and DSPs such as DV360, TTD, AdForm, Xandr, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience with tag management systems is a plus, such as GTM, Adobe, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, coordinate with multiple teams, and build strong partnerships to deliver successful outcomes.
