Role/ Department:
To manage relationships between our clients, internal teams and custodians. This role serves as a key point of contact to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient issue resolution, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience in financial operations or custody services.
In addition act as support to the Shared Service Management function established to monitor, oversee and improve the overall service to end clients and the Client SLA Management and Oversight Function.
