Client Service Managers serve as vital points of contact for Davies insurance market clients. They develop strong relationships with technical and procurement teams within client organizations, establishing themselves as trusted advisors. They understand client needs and advocate for those needs internally to ensure top-tier service delivery. Effective communicators and commercially savvy, Client Service Managers immerse themselves in client businesses, anticipating challenges and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships. In our core and volume property team, their role encompasses managing client engagement from onboarding to ongoing performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage daily interactions with a portfolio of core and volume property clients to meet expectations and foster positive relationships. Build and maintain relationships with technical and supply chain teams within client organizations. Gather client feedback and insights to inform tailored engagement plans.
- Service Delivery: Advocate for client needs internally to ensure aligned, first-class service. Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs/KPIs, coordinating internal activities to optimize service and resolve issues promptly.
- Onboarding and Implementation: Support the onboarding of new property clients, ensuring smooth and timely launches. Work closely with clients to understand and tailor services to their needs. Coordinate with internal teams for setup and configuration.
- Performance Management and Reporting: Collaborate with the reporting team to produce accurate client management information. Monitor and report on service performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to assess satisfaction and identify improvements.
- Proactive Engagement: Stay informed on property market developments to anticipate client challenges and opportunities. Engage internal teams proactively to maintain high service standards and inform clients of relevant industry updates with suggested solutions.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Relationship management experience in the insurance industry
- Confident communicator capable of building relationships
- Knowledge of the property insurance claims market
- Proactive and autonomous in responding to client challenges
- Strong understanding of MI reporting with attention to detail
