Reed is recruiting a Senior Client Services Manager for a professional services firm near Wimborne/Ferndown. You will oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team delivering accountancy, audit and tax services.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, a salary circa £50-£65k DOE, and a supportive environment with opportunities for development and client relationship leadership.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

• Minimum 3 A-levels (A-C).

Responsibilities

Salary - DOE (Circa £50 - £65k)

Job Type: Full-time / HYBRID Working after probationary

Role:

• Oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional accountancy, audit, and tax services

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services.
• Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives aligned with business strategy.
• Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team.
• Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Organise workflow to maximise team productivity and client satisfaction.
• Support training and development initiatives for team members.
• Promote services to existing and potential clients through networking and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
