Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive management.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of client service representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
