Client Services Executive – ISA & Stockbroking Admin
£16 - £20 per hour
Location: Liverpool Street, City of London
Work Schedule: 5 days in office, 9:00am – 5:30pm

I am currently working with my client on a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a fintech company, with beautiful offices near Liverpool Street, supporting ISA and Stockbroking operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Client Services in financial services, including dealing with client queries over the phone and email related to ISAs and funds.

This position is initially temporary, with the potential for longer-term roles within the company.

What you’ll do:
  1. Correspond professionally and efficiently with clients via email and secure messages.
  2. Process queries related to ISAs and stockbroking, following internal policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain client database and internal systems accurately.
  4. Liaise with relevant departments to escalate complex issues.
What you’ll need:
  1. Experience in a Client Services Team within a financial services environment.
  2. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  3. High standards of accuracy, especially regarding compliance.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  6. Knowledge of FCA regulations is a desirable attribute.
