Job summary

Craven Street Wealth is seeking a highly motivated Client Services Executive to support the growing Client Services team. You will collaborate with financial planners and colleagues to process new and existing business, and maintain accurate client records.

The role is full-time and permanent, with exploring flexible working patterns. You will engage in client administration, meetings, correspondence, and liaison with providers to ensure exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Experience with Intelliflo is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs to provide appropriate administration support.
• Provide excellent client experience and handle queries.
• Organise client meetings for financial planners.
• Write templated letters to clients and maintain records in Intelliflo.
• Liaise with product providers and third parties as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
