We are recruiting for a high-profile Banking client who is currently looking for a Client Services Executive to join for an initial 6-month contract. There may be scope for extension.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to all shareholder queries received by phone, email, letter, or webchat. 80% of the role is phone-based, and 20% involves investigating cases.
  2. Place telephone trades according to instructions received.
  3. Answer straightforward questions about shareholder accounts and provide more advanced technical assistance.
  4. Ensure responses are fast, efficient, and accurate.
  5. Investigate errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
  6. Route issues that cannot be addressed at the point of contact to the appropriate team, following documented procedures, and respond to shareholders once the issue is resolved.
  7. Review daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
  8. Take responsibility for the quality and completion of own work.

Experience Required:

  1. High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
  2. Experience in contact centres or client services preferred.
  3. Experience with MS Applications.

Location:

This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days a week working from the client's Edinburgh office. During the initial training weeks, you will be required to work in the office 5 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard hours with some flexibility as needed.
