Job summary

Search-Select LTD is seeking a Client Services Associate to join the team in assisting clients and advisors with queries and information. The role involves handling calls and emails, performing KYC reviews, and supporting process improvements while maintaining data integrity and professional stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in customer service, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of KYC/CDD is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in improving current processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of KYC/CDD procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle queries from clients via telephone or written communication.
• Perform KYC reviews of client files to meet regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to departmental and personal objectives and development plans.
• Be a team player and support the one-team approach in Client Services.
• Take ownership of and resolve queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Support updates to procedures within the team and department.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain timely and professional contact with stakeholders.
• Promote a proactive working culture and ensure data integrity.
