Financial Divisions is an independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK. They seek an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join the City of London team, reporting to the Office Manager.

The role involves processing onboarding, AML/credit checks, and providing technical administration across whole of market financial products. Training is offered to progress to paraplanner and then adviser.

• 3+ years of experience in administration.

• Financial Planning Administrator
• City of London offices (Near Moorgate)
• Salary up to £43k plus benefits
• Working in the pod of an adviser with £80m AUM
• 4 days in the office per week

- Seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator

- Training on offer to become a paraplanner and thereafter an adviser

- 3+ years of experience required as a minimum in administration

- Working in a team of other Financial Administrators, reporting into Office Manager

- Technical Administration duties on whole of market financial products

- LOA/LOV's, answering queries from providers and clients

- Database management and contributing to smooth running of the support team

- Processing all new business and onboarding new clients

- AML checks and other credit checks

- Independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK

- I have met the Directors and placed 20+ members of staff with them

- They offer whole of market financial advice

- HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners

- Clients with assets ranging from £150k - £50m.

- Pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning

- Some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.

- Very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices
