Overview

Client Service Office Administrator. 2-6-month temporary contract. Office Based Role. Monday-Friday. Salary £13.85 per hour. 8.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 15.00pm on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative, technical, and secretarial support to Advisers, the Managing Director, Administration Manager, and the broader team.
  • Deliver proactive and high-quality technical and administrative support to Advisers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service through efficient client communication and problem-solving.
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including contractor and supplier liaison.
  • Provide secretarial support to senior leadership and team members.
  • Maintain internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Liaise with clients to provide help, resolve queries, and manage technical information.
  • Process business submissions and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Conduct various financial calculations and reports.
  • Handle client forms, and other required paperwork.
  • Book client meetings, send confirmations and review forms whilst managing diaries and completing meeting preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other data systems.
  • Prior experience in financial services and experience supporting advisors/senior management directly.
