Job summary

M2 Professional Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting a Client Executive to join the North West team, Lancashire region. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the relationship management team with funding proposals.

You will liaise with clients, verify documentation, and manage client administration while assisting Management and New Business with onboarding new clients. A minimum of 2 years in Invoice Finance is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Invoice Finance or a similar industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to establish and maintain excellent relationships between clients and staff.
• Highlight risks or service issues to the relationship management team.
• Identify and prepare funding or payment proposals in line with credit policy signing authorities.
• Pro-actively conduct customer verification and credit control per company procedures.
• Liaise with clients to ensure documentation is received, reviewed and actioned promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client administration for future review or follow up.
• Assist and support Management and New Business with introducing new clients.
