Job summary

Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform designed to empower clients to make informed decisions by connecting them with subject-matter experts. The Client Service Associate will understand clients’ business questions, identify the right experts, and recruit them into Guidepoint’s network of over 1,250,000 advisors, ensuring timely, high-quality responses.

The role is hybrid in Manchester, with initial remote work and a temporary workspace as the office is finalised.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars.
• Desire to work in a sales/lead generation role that is KPI-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand client questions and identify experts who best address them.
• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and present suitable profiles to clients.
• Assist project managers to develop strategies for satisfying client project requests.
• Work in a hybrid setup from Manchester with initial remote/workspace arrangements.
