• ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• college degree, or equivalent, focusing on the financial/banking industry.
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
