Job summary

Equifax in Leeds is seeking a Client Service Adviser to provide first-class support to our clients and partners, handling account management, billing inquiries, disputes, and data requests.

You will manage workload queues, meet timeframes, maintain quality, and participate in service improvement initiatives, with office-based 4 days a week and Friday remote flexibility.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships.
  • Be proactive and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
  • Maintain attention to detail whilst working under pressure.

  • Good computer skills able to use MS Office word, Excel and ideally G Suite.

The Client Service Adviser will be responsible for ensuring the services we provide to our new and existing customers is first class. Dealing with queries relating to account management, billing inquiries, disputes, service or data requests, suggestions and complaints.

What You'll Do
