We’re currently seeking a central Client Services Administrator to work across our Accountancy & Advisory Service, ensuring efficiency and consistency of service delivery to the team and our clients.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an interest in continually improving the service they provide and their work within the team.

Working as part of a friendly central team, you will join us at an exciting time in Bishop Fleming's growth journey as we introduce new systems to enhance our effectiveness.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Administering client onboarding and maintenance procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters issued, and systems updated, including anti-money laundering checks.
  • Liaising with the client delivery team to ensure all work is scheduled and delivered on time.
  • Managing client disengagement procedures, ensuring forms are completed, letters issued, and systems updated.

About you

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar administration role.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Advanced IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • High regard for confidentiality.
  • Good understanding of data protection requirements.
  • Professional services experience is desirable.
