Job summary

Aegon Asset Management in Edinburgh is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to produce high-quality client, fund and regulatory reporting for UK and US clients. You will use Snowflake, SQL, Power Query and Excel to automate data extraction, validation, and reporting, collaborating with Client Services and other business teams and supporting onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Investment Management or equivalent experience.
Experience in client or fund reporting within asset management or financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across teams.
Proficient SQL, Snowflake and Power Query for data extraction and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

Contribute to accurate and timely client, fund and regulatory reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Automate data extraction, transformation, validation and reporting with SQL, Snowflake and Power Query.
Perform data analysis and QA to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate across Client Services, Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology.
Support onboarding of new clients and new reporting requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance reporting processes and automation.
