Job summary

Aegon Asset Management in Edinburgh is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to support production and oversight of client, fund, and regulatory reporting for UK and US clients. You will use Snowflake, SQL, Power Query and Excel to automate data processes and ensure data quality, working with multiple teams.

The role involves onboarding new clients, delivering accurate reports and contributing to continuous improvement of reporting controls and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Investment Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in client reporting, fund reporting, performance reporting or regulatory reporting in financial services.
• Strong SQL, data analysis and data validation skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power Query to develop reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accurate production of client, fund and regulatory reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, validation and reporting processes with SQL, Snowflake and Power Query.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology to deliver high-quality reporting.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of stakeholders, including Aegon Group clients, fund administrators, external auditors, regulators and multiple internal teams.You will join the Client Reporting team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality client, fund, and regulatory reporting across an international client base. The team is focused on providing an exceptional client experience while continuously driving operational efficiency and innovation.This role supports the production and oversight of client, fund, and regulatory reporting for our UK and US clients.You will utilise a range of tools and applications, including Snowflake, SQL, Power Query, Excel and Clearwater Prism, to produce, automate, and review a variety of client and fund reports prior to distribution.
