Aegon Asset Management is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst in Edinburgh to join the Client Reporting team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality client, fund, and regulatory reports for UK and US clients using SQL, Snowflake, Power Query and Excel.

You will collaborate with Client Services and other stakeholders to implement new reporting requirements and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with Snowflake and Power Query, advanced Excel, and a

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or investment management.
Experience in client reporting, fund reporting, performance reporting, or regulatory reporting in financial services or asset management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
Strong SQL skills: query development, optimisation, data analysis and validation.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power Query for reporting and data transformation.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset and passion for using technology to enhance reporting processes.

Mansioni

Contribute to the accurate and timely production of client, fund, and regulatory reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Automate data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting using SQL, Snowflake, and Power Query to improve efficiency and data quality.
Perform data analysis and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with Client Services, Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Support onboarding of new clients and implementation of new reporting requirements.
Participate in business change initiatives and automation of reporting processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes through technology.
Assist in investigating and resolving reporting issues with timely communication.
