Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end setup and delivery of client reporting, in line with contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Translate contractual reporting and SLA requirements into clear operational processes; develop dashboards and system enhancements.
• Own reporting governance and data quality standards with robust controls and validation processes.
• Monitor reporting performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Draft, maintain and continuously improve reporting procedures, documentation and guidance materials.
• Coordinate completion of client questionnaires for Due Diligence and Requests for Information; support tender preparation.
