Job summary

EQ Retirement Solutions, part of Equiniti, is seeking a Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional service as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.

You will coordinate activity across internal teams, support financial processes such as invoicing and debt management, and help identify opportunities to achieve client and business targets while maintaining accurate client documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client facing role with relationship management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thorough planning.
• Proven ability to deliver excellence with high client expectations.
• Experience in a matrix product structure would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients regarding administrative services and BAU delivery.
• Monitor BAU performance and ensure service requirements are met.
• Escalate client issues to the Client Director or Head of Client as appropriate.
• Work with internal teams to produce reports on BAU and administrative performance.
• Maintain a central repository of all client documentation, accurate and accessible.
• Arrange and attend operational client meetings, document actions, and maintain an actions log.
• Support financial targets by identifying opportunities and helping ensure margin.
• Manage invoicing and debt management; involve Client Director for contract renewals.
• Maintain and update Client Account Plans reflecting activity, opportunities and risks.
• Follow up on aged debt and arrange timely payment with clients.
• Use monitoring tools including Power BI to track service positions.
