Aviva is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for its London office. This permanent role involves enhancing client retention and reputation through excellent service delivery. A bit about the job:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the Aviva Client team in our London office on a permanent basis. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will ensure high level of client retention and enhances the reputation of Aviva Investors through delivery of first-class client management. You will ensure a positive market perception of Aviva Investors through delivery of high level of service. You will also, promote a culture of client service excellence throughout the wider organisation. This role involves owning and coordinating the prompt resolution of client issues, including reporting, performance, and fee billing queries. You will act as the main point of contact for client meetings and maintain strong working relationships across all areas of Aviva Investors. Key responsibilities include overseeing legal documentation such as IMAs, ensuring accurate and timely updates to team processes and Salesforce records, and providing oversight of the fee billing process. You will also play a lead role in implementing mandate changes, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and serving as an internal expert on designated products and mandates.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
CFA qualification desirable.
IMC or equivalent qualification
Proven ability to take ownership of client relationships and achieve successful outcomes by influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Motivated to deliver first class client service, balancing the needs of the client with those of Aviva Investors
A strong communicator able to listen to clients, understand their issues and deal with people at all levels.

In this role you’ll be ‘Certified’ under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority’s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that we’ll need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and we’ll need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain ‘fit and proper’ and competent to carry out your role. We’ll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
